TalkTalk: Talk2 International with Free Broadband

Signing up to talktalk is the biggest mistake i have ever made and i m annoyed and regreting it. Its useless. The customer service, the hardware provided, the service provided. 1st one and a half month i had connection problems all the time, it would connect but simple websites like google will have difficulty opening. When calling them they kept telling me to dial line 2 and they will be able to sort out the problems(because customer support on line 1 didn't have a clue and solution about any of the problems i was experiencing. I tried calling line 2 many times and waited up to 45 minutes eachtime but nobody picked up. Customer service is zero. After getting so fed-up i tried using my old speedtouch Modem and the connection got a little better for a couple of days but now it start giving error after every hour or two and i have to keep redailing and restarting.

I don't register on websites for anything but by doing it here and writing this review i want to help people and save them from misery i am going through. I was forbidden by friends but went for talktalk because it was cheap. Now i wish i had paid £100 a month rather than signing up with them. Please stay away from talktalk, Its for your own good.
